Air Duct Cleaning in Spring, TX

What Happens After You Call Us
Call and tell us how many AC systems you have and what you're seeing at the vents. We give you a two hour arrival window and a text when the tech is on the way, usually same day.
The tech walks the attic trunk lines and pulls a return cover to show you what's in there, then hands you a firm quote. The price depends on how many systems and returns you have.
We hook the vacuum to the plenum, brush each branch, run the system to check airflow, and replace every register. You pay the quoted number, and we tell you the filter size you need.

Every February my registers go yellow and the filter clogs in a couple weeks. Is duct cleaning what fixes that?
Partly. The pine pollen that coats Spring in late winter and early spring gets pulled in through returns and settles on grille faces, in the first few feet of flex, and across the blower wheel. Cleaning removes what's already in there, and it's best done after the heavy pollen weeks rather than during them. But cleaning won't stop next year's load. That's a filter and return-sealing conversation. If your return is floor-level or has gaps at the boot, it's drawing unfiltered attic and crawl air along with the room air, and that's usually the bigger driver of how fast a filter loads.
Our house is in one of the older Klein-area neighborhoods from the late 70s. Does that change how you clean?
Yes. Homes from that era around here often have a mix of a metal or fiberboard trunk line with early flex branches run off it. Fiberboard interiors can't take aggressive brushing without shedding, so those get handled differently than bare metal, and we check whether the inner liner is still intact before anything goes in. The original flex from that period is often brittle or crushed in spots, and if a run has collapsed we'll tell you rather than clean around it. Newer homes out along the Grand Parkway corridor are all flex with the air handler in the attic, which is a simpler job but puts the equipment where attic debris gets at it.
